What to send us

• Corrections. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and send a source we can check: a regulator record, a manual, a seller’s own page. Our corrections policy explains what happens next, and every correction is logged on the corrections page.
• Documents. Device manuals, FDA or Health Canada paperwork, recall notices, or a seller’s terms that have changed.
• Owner experience. If you own a device we review and want to tell us how it went, we read every account. We don’t publish what you send without asking you first.
• Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email the same address. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

What we can’t help with

• Medical advice. We can’t advise on your skin, a treatment or a reaction. If something has gone wrong after microneedling, contact a doctor or pharmacist. Our medical disclaimer explains why.
• Orders and refunds. We don’t sell anything, so we can’t help with an order from any seller.
• Paid reviews or free products. We don’t accept payment, free devices or any other benefit for coverage. See About us.

You don’t need to give your name. If you send a tip or a complaint about a company, we won’t name you or pass on your details without your permission.
